As a native to the Northeast Oklahoma communities he serves, Terry’s passion for bringing blueprints to life began with the art of wood framing and the craftsman’s trade of trim carpentry. Experience quickly led Terry to realize his talent for managing all aspects of the home building process, but it’s his relentless attention to detail and high priority placed on relationships that has shaped the Draper Construction name.

Our Design

At our company, we guide both seasoned and first-time custom home builders through a straightforward process for creating custom homes. It begins with a free consultation where we discuss your ideas, budget, and vision with our experienced team. Next, we work with architects to draft and refine detailed plans, including 3D models for easy review and adjustments. We then manage all permits and approvals to ensure everything complies with local rules and regulations. During construction, the owner personally oversees the build for a top quality finish, using proven methods to stay on schedule and within budget. Finally, we do a walkthrough together to confirm everything meets your needs and expectations, make any tweaks, and hand over the keys with warranties—typically taking 9-18 months from start to finish for larger custom projects. This hands-on approach ensures a smooth experience and a finished product that holds strong lasting value and comfort for you and your family.
